About 3 years ago I moved out of home and started a new job as a flight attendant. I was constantly travelling and I began eating “like everyone else” because I assumed if they weren’t overweight from eating chocolate bars and fast food constantly then I wouldn’t be too. After working a long day I would come home, eat and then go straight to bed. My gym membership was just something I paid for because I never actually went. On my weekends I would drink excessively every Friday and Saturday night as it was my only “social time” and I always felt like I was missing out if I didn’t go. It wasn’t until I saw a photo a friend had posted of me that I noticed how big I had gotten because in my head I still saw myself as that fit little girl I was 3 years ago. I found your YouTube and started getting back into my paleo style eating and was over the moon when you dropped sweat it to shred it. After finishing sweat it to shred it I lost 8kg 67.5-59.5 and I’ve never had more energy. I have gained so much confidence and I am no longer blaming “the lighting or lake of tan”.
I’ve still got a long way to go but I’m so happy with how far I’ve come.
